Join "Team Dentistry" for a fun-filled, scenic outing on the Capital Trail. Choose a 20-mile or 30-mile ride on this dedicated, paved pedestrian and bicycle trail that connects the commonwealth's past and present capitals of Jamestown and Richmond along the scenic Route 5 corridor. The Capital Trail traverses about 52 miles alongside some of Virginia's most beautiful and historic sites on one of the first inland routes in North America. 

Cost is $15 per person and includes an official Molar Roller T-shirt and drinks and snacks at the midway break. Bike and helmet rentals available.
