The VCU Alumni Military Veterans Alumni Council invites all service members to District 5 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the G.I. Bill. Join us as we celebrate this important piece of legislation and share information about the council. Enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar while socializing with other Rams who served their country. Members from all branches of the armed forces are welcome.

Since its inception, the G.I. Bill impacted the lives of millions of veterans and their families. The law provided a wide range of benefits to veterans, including low-cost home loans, education and vocational training, unemployment payments and health care expansion.
