The planning committee is currently working to reschedule the bike ride for a new date in the early fall. We look forward to you joining us. Join the VCU Alumni Riding Rams and VCU Recreational Sports for the 2020 VCU Alumni and Friends Bike Ride, May 2. After the ride, join us for a post-ride social.

Meet-and-greet breakfast and bike ride by VCU Recreational Sports

When: Saturday, May 2 (8 a.m. breakfast, 9 a.m. bike ride)
Where: Cary Street Gym, 101 S. Linden St.
Cost: $5 per cyclist
Registration: Online (account setup required)

For VCU Rec Sports members, select the “Log In” option and sign in with the requested credential. For nonmembers, select the “Sign Up” option and complete the required fields.

Once signed in, if you do not see the “Alumni and Friends Bike Ride” registration page, use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for “Alumni.”

Complete the required fields and submit payment to complete your registration.

Post-ride social
When: Noon, Saturday, May 2
Where: TBD

Cyclists can choose a 25-, 28/29- or 50-mile ride. Event includes SAG vehicle support, cue sheets, complimentary pre-ride bike maintenance provided by VCU Recreational Sports, mid-ride rest stop and post-ride social. Need a bike? Rent one for $6 through the VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program Bike Shop. Please note, the ride is limited to cyclists 18 or older, and you must wear a helmet to ride.
