Virtual Mindfulness Meditation with The Well

Mark your calendars! Every Wednesday from 2:30-3 p.m. while classes are in session, the Health Promotion and Well-being Center hosts group-guided meditation. This is conducted by a staff member via a live audio stream. Each meditation is suitable for all levels of practice and every week The Well showcases different types of meditation.
