Let us celebrate the joys and pains of life through the eyes of our favorite African American poets. This will be an informal virtual poetry meetup with room for friendly discussion. Pour yourself a cup of tea and bring your favorite poem to share with the group. A deep knowledge of poetry is not required, just a poem that has touched you in some way and a desire to listen and share. All are welcome.
