Alumni Social at Bull & Bear Club

6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Feb. 28, 2013

Please join the VCU and MCV Alumni Associations for a VCU Social at the Bull & Bear Club.

Featuring a special presentation from University Librarian John Ulmschneider, "The Future of the VCU Libraries." Where do the majority of today’s VCU students spend their time while on campus? They are in the library. Today’s libraries are serving student needs around the clock, providing research guidance, access to databases and collections, pioneering cloud-based technology platforms and services, connecting students in collaborative workspaces and providing quiet spaces for focused concentration. With over two million visitors a year, the VCU Libraries are the places to be on campus. John Ulmschneider, university librarian, will talk about the future of the libraries at VCU.
