Margaret “Megan” Brown, RN, J.D., is a career coach, attorney and RN who coaches women through all aspects of job and career transition. Her primary focus is teaching women how to negotiate salary and benefits. She has years of negotiation experience both personally and professionally, and she teaches her clients how to successfully ask to be paid what they’re worth. Her mission is to close the gender-based pay gap by empowering women to ask to be paid what they’re worth at work and to get it.
