VCU's Equity in Cardiovascular Health Outcomes Lab will hold the Art for Hearts study, starting Tuesday, Aug. 9 from 4-6 p.m. at the VCU Health Hub at 25th. The study is an eight-part, eight-week program about how painting and expressing thoughts and feelings could help mental health and blood pressure in Black women.
