Atlanta ELEVATE: CDC Museum Tour and Alumni Mixer

3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Feb. 28, 2019

Learn about the fascinating history of public health on this guided tour of the David J. Sencer CDC Museum. Additionally, alumni interested in what it’s like to work at the CDC will be able to have their questions answered directly by Dr. Stephanie Gruss, (Ph.D. ‘06/H&S, M.S.W ‘96/SW, B.A. ‘93/H&S) Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program Manager. Tour starts at 3 p.m. and concludes on the private enclosed patio at Marlow Tavern across the street at Emory Point as we connect with each other, our alma mater and our city. Join us for both activities or register for just one or the other. The tour is 3-5:00 p.m., and the networking mixer is 5:30-7 p.m.

Cost: Tour and networking mixer: $10. If registering separately, the tour is free, and the mixer is $10.

This event is part of the VCU Alumni ELEVATE Tour. Register online.
