Run a Black & Gold mile at the Monument Avenue 10K

You don't have to be a runner to participate in the HDL Inc. Massey Challenge as part of team VCU Alumni. Three options are:

1. Join the Massey Challenge with VCU Alumni (and get a free T-shirt!). Running or not, you can join the challenge and fund raise! Learn more.
2. Who are you running for? Share your story of hope and we will post on our page!
3. Wear your black and gold T-shirt when you come to the Massey Mile to volunteer to pass out stickers. Volunteer today.
