VCU Golden Alumni
Welcome to VCU Golden Alumni — a community that connects Richmond Professional Institute, Medical College of Virginia and VCU alumni who graduated at least 50 years ago. Formerly known as the Alumni Emeriti Society, this group has been rebranded to be more easily recognizable among alumni of all ages.
We encourage you to become involved in the life of your alma mater and connect with fellow Golden graduates through a variety of events and programs organized throughout the year.
Upcoming Golden Alumni programs
Fall 2022 – VCU Golden Alumni Cocktails and Conversation
February/March 2023 – Enjoy a TheatreVCU production or a VCU men’s basketball game.
April 2023 – Golden Alumni Day, featuring campus and building tours, classes taught by faculty experts and a dinner in celebration of the 50th anniversary of alumni from the classes of 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973.
May 13, 2023 – Golden alumni will be recognized during Commencement. Academic regalia information will be available at a later date.
